New food kiosk tenant needed

A slight glitch means that the kiosk didn’t open at Easter as planned. We need to find someone keen to run the cafe and open at least each market day – Wednesday & Saturday, plus each Independent Market.

Rates are very reasonable & there is ample equipment, fridges, freezer, oven, coffee machine etc. There are plenty of chairs & tables plus a gazebo, and the space outside can look really lovely and attract plenty of custom in the heart of our lovely market town. Contact Katy on katy@ecohome.org.uk if you’d like more details. Check out this page for details.

Little Jack Horner’s come to town

Check out the new tenant to arrive in the Cafe Loop de Loop. Local sausage roll makers, based in Mells, opened the new-look kiosk on Wednesday 23rd April. They serve the usual teas & Mozzo coffee plus the best sausage rolls in the South West.  A fantastic addition to our lovely town.

New showcase exhibition

Our latest Showcase is from sculptor & graphic designer Tim Beale. Stemming from a keen interest in folklore, fairy stories and mythology, Tim created these scenes from a variety of story sources from Grimm to Russian folk tales. See more of Tim’s work, including the Steampunk Extravaganza designs on his website here.
